Finely chopped onion & coriander. In a bowl add whole spices, wheat flour & oil. Make a tight dough.

Keep aside it for 10 min. (dry spices use in good quanity because light flavour has no taste). Now make any shape paratha.

I make tringal shape, first we roll on flat round,apply some oil on surface then fold & again apply in second fold. Don't roll on thin paratha.

Now cook it on mid flame. Apply oil on both sides,cook it till crisp. Serve it with curd & turnip pickle. The best combination for breakfast or for any time.

This paratha is too much crispy, tasty & soft. My family like it very much. Do try it once.
