Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 Cupgreen peas,
  • 1 Cupmaida, handful chopped coriander
  • as requiredHaldi mirchi powder,
  • as per taste salt
  • as per taste dhania
  • as per taste jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp fennal seeds powder,
  • as per taste amchur powder,
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • as required Oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    In pan add oil, rai. Add matar haldi mirchi powder, salt, dhania, jeera, fennal seeds powder,sugar. Cook till done. Add amchur powder,coriander. Then mash with hand.

  2. 2

    Knead tight dough of 1 cup maida adding 1 t. spoon.oil & required salt.

  3. 3

    Take one ball of maida. Roll it Stuff mixture

    Roll again. Then fry on medium flame
