In pan add oil, rai. Add matar haldi mirchi powder, salt, dhania, jeera, fennal seeds powder,sugar. Cook till done. Add amchur powder,coriander. Then mash with hand.

Knead tight dough of 1 cup maida adding 1 t. spoon.oil & required salt.

Take one ball of maida. Roll it Stuff mixture

Close all sides shown in pic.

Roll again. Then fry on medium flame
