Steamed Choisam with Egg Tofu

Ingredients

  1. Halfkg choisam
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1 pieceegg tofu
  4. 1little bit cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash choisam, then soak in salt water for 10 mins. Then wash it well.

  2. 2

    Boil water in a steamer then steam for 5 mins.

  3. 3

    Remove then arrange in a plate.

  4. 4

    Slice the egg tofu then fry, until both sides are golden brown. Then place in the plate with choisam.
