Cooking Instructions

Mashed potatoes, add chopped onion, green chilli, haldi, salt, coriander powder, chat masala and mix all very nicely. Lastly add mustard oil+coriander leaves and mix well.

Boil potatoes and cool it.

Take breads slices, spread the potato mixture evenly on the Slice and place another slice over it and press gently.

In flat mixing bowl, mix Besan + rice flour + salt + slight haldi + carom seeds + water and make a slurry. Consistency should be thick but flowing / dropping.

Dip the potato stuffed bread into the slurry so that it gets coated all around nicely and then shallow fry till golden brown under medium flame and fry the other side too.

Now bread pakoda is ready to serve, serve with green dip or tomato sauce.
