Raw Banana Dry Curry Recipe

Wash properly peel it. Don't throw the skin. With that banana skin you can chutney. It is healthy and rich in fire. After peeling cut the banana into cubes in medium size. Once it is done. Soak in a haldi and salt water. So that the banana will not turn in black. This is the tip of this recipe.

Now heat mustard oil in a kadai. Fry cumin seeds and onion till it is light brown in color. Then add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste. Mix.it well then add the masala paste. In masala paste grind dry red chilli, cumin seeds and tomato.

Then add red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.Mix.it well Then add water as needed. Cook for 5 minutes or till the raw smell of masala goes off.

Then add banana cubes. Cover & cook till the banana become tender or till it is gravy.

At last add garam masala. Cook for a minutes. Once it is done.

Then transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Ready to serve....with.hot.phulkas...
