Soak the chopped methi leaves in plain water for 20mins.Rinse & gently sequezz out all moisture & set aside.

Take a large mixing bowl add aata,methi leaves,ajwain,Salt,red chillipowder & mix with hands.Add ghee & mix well.Add water to make a firm dough.Cover & keep it for 10 mins.

Divide dough into 4 to 5 equal portions.Place a clean sheet on a rolling board & roll it like a chapati.

Heat a non-stick pan.Place a rolled roti on it & let it cook on a medium flame.Spread ghee on it & flip it on another sides too.

Both the sides should be a golden brown.Your meethi Parantha is ready to serve.
