Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed, cummin seed, hing, curry leaves saute well. Add garlic & green chilli.

Add onion, Salt fry them till onion change colour, now add ginger garlic paste saute well, add turmeric powder, mustard powder mix well

Add potato mix well. Lastly add lemon juice, coriander leaves & serve with poori & sambhar
