1 Cupbesan
3/4 Cuppowdered sugar
1/4 Cupghee
as required Crusdhed badam, kaju for garnish

In pan add 2 t. spoon. ghee.

Add besan. Roast on slow flame till get aroma & colour change. It takes normally 10 minutes.

Add sugar. Mix it.Add milk.Stir till thicken.

Add remain ghee. Make ladoos. Garnish with kaju.
