  1. 1 Cupbesan
  2. 3/4 Cuppowdered sugar
  3. 1/4 Cupghee
  4. as required Crusdhed badam, kaju for garnish

    In pan add 2 t. spoon. ghee.

    Add besan. Roast on slow flame till get aroma & colour change. It takes normally 10 minutes.

    Add sugar. Mix it.Add milk.Stir till thicken.

  4. 4

    Add remain ghee. Make ladoos. Garnish with kaju.
