To make a perfect till milk cake first place a pan on flame,add 1cup of sesame seeds, and roast

After 1-2minutes transfer roasted sesame seeds to a plate and let it cool

Now transfer the sesame seeds to a grinding jar, grind on the pulse mode and make a coarse powder

Now place a pan on flame, add 2tsp of ghee and melt.

After gher melts, add sesame powder into the pan and roast on low flame

While roasting the seasme powder take a plate and grease it with ghee

When sesame powder starts aromatic, turn off the flame, add 1/2 cup of milk powder and mix well

Now place another pan on flame 1 cup of sugar and melt the sugar

After sugar starts melting add 1/4tsp of cardamom powder and mix well

When the sugar syrup consistency would be like honey turn off the flame

Now little by little add sugar syrup into the sesame powder mixture and mix well

Now place the pan on low flame and cook until the mix starts leaving the pan

Now transfer the mix to grease plate spread well and set it for 10-20 minutes

After 10 - 20min check the milk cake cut into shape and rest for 20 min

Now your perfect sesame milk cake ready to serve
