First wash your carrot and take a grade scrapper and do it completely by removing the skin with a help of peeler. Keep it aside.

Then next step is cut all your dry fruits, nuts and keep it away.

You can add nuts and dry fruits of your choice.

Then take a cardamon split it and transfer in to your mixie add sugar 3teaspoon and grind it without cardamon skin. This is a trick your cardamon will be powder in to a smooth powder. You can prepare in to a large quantity and keep it in a tight container so that smell will not be listing.. Whenever you are preparing any, type of sweet this is very handy to use immediately..

Then a take strong thick kadai pour some desi ghee then fry all your dry nuts and fruits when it came into golden brown colour. Then transfer in to any vessel.

Specially when you are preparing in winter you have the fresh taste and added your dish all time favourite all of your members will be take and relish..

Then preparation for carrot halwa pour 3to 4teaspoon of desi ghee let them cook then add your carrot cook for some time let them cook carrot it will be turned soft condition then transfer in to a vessel add milk, milkmaid, then cover it and take a cooker and let them cook and make sure cook in it nicely.

When you are mixing stage you have to be very patient when thr materials will be mixing with and sugar then the actual real consistency will arrive..

Then, take some time to open your cooker then after some time and open, and see it is cooked nicely.

Then again last step for this carrot
Halwa take a kadai pour some ghee then add sugar,some water let them cook and have one string consistency then, mix all your cooked carrot material then everything mix in between, add desi ghee then everything mix well you have to cook at least for 10to 12minutes..add kesar drops in between adding some milk in to it. Finally add your cardamon powder. Then finally add ghee last
Transfer into vessel decorate with your cut dry nuts and dry fruits. - 11
This sweet will be served with hot pouring some cream over it. It will give additional taste.. Enjoy friends your guest will be appreciate your kitchen master chef recipe..
