Quick & Easy Chicken & Rice Casserole

Ingredients

1 - 1.5 hrs
4-6 ppl
  1. 3chicken breast, cut into strips
  2. 2 cupswater
  3. 2 cupsinstant white rice
  4. 1 cancream of chicken soup
  5. 1 cancream of celery soup
  6. 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  7. 1/2 cupbutter (sliced)
  8. Salt and Pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Grease a 9 X 13 glass casserole dish. Then put rice, water, soups together and stir. Add chicken and cover with mixture.

    Top with salt and pepper and layer the slices of butter. Use less butter if you desire.

    Cook at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Stir and then cook for an additional 20-30 minutes, depending if the chicken cooked through.

    Add veggies and serve with bread.
