  • Water as required
  • Oil as required
  • Salt as required
  • 2 tablespoonCumin
  • 1 tablespoonLemon juice

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in cauldron add cumin seeds fry it

    As it changes color add salt and water as it required

    Add soaked rice cover and cook as it done half add lemon juice and put it on dam reduce heat to low let it cook

    Delicious cumin rice is ready serve with black lentils and salad
