Mango Salsa
Steps

Peel the Mango cut it into small pieces and remove the seed.

Take the Tomatoes unseed it and chop it very finely. Chop the Red bell peppers, onion, garlic, cilantro, hot pepper into very fine pieces.

Mix your chopped mangoes, tomatoes, red bell pepper, garlic cloves, red onion, cilantro and hot pepper together in a bowl. Hot pepper seeds only.

Add salt and freshly squeezed lemon juice into the bowl and mix thoroughly or until all mixed together.

Put the made Mango salad in the fridge for more or less 2 hours.

Serve it when chilled. You can serve with tacos, chips or whatever requires a salad.
