Steps

First wash chicken fillets and dip in vinegar wala pani for 30 minutes.

Now add milk and mustard paste and rest chicken for 1 hour.

Now add all spices in chicken and rest for 1 hour.

Now take 2 bowl, one for cold water and one for maida. first coat chicken with maida on both sides now dip in cold water and again coat in maida.

Fry from both sides for 8 minutes.

Now apply mayonnaise one side and chilli sauce on other side. put chicken on it. your zinger is ready to eat. 😋 service with chips 🍟
