  • 1 Pumpkin piece diced
  • 1Chopped onions
  • 2 tspChopped Green chillies
  • 2 tbspGrated coconut
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspMustard seeds, uradh dal, chana dal
  • as required Curry leaves

  1. 1

    Boil 1/2 cup of water and half cook the pumpkin

    Now add oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, uradh dal, chana dal, curry leaves.

  3. 3

    Now add onion, green chillies and the cooked pumpkin and soute well.

  4. 4

    Add chilli powder and salt.

  5. 5

    Now add the grated coconuts and serve hot
