Ingredients

  • 2brinjals
  • 4potatoes
  • 4green chillies
  • As taste salt
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspall spices
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take brinjal wash dry and cut in halves and slit in horizontal.

  2. 2

    Take potatoes peeled washed and cut in thin pcs add spices mix.

  3. 3

    Take all dry spices mix and stuff in brinjals.

  4. 4

    Take non-stick pan put oil then brinjal and potatoes,slit green chillies cook in slow heat.

    Now turn some times.

    Then sprinkle lemon juice.

    Then enjoy stuffed brinjals, chilli and tangy potatoes.
