A South Indian delicacy. Idlis served are as best for breakfast and anytime snacks. Loved by all.

Take rava in a bowl. Make a mixture of water and curd. Pour it in the rava and mix. Heat oil, crackle the mustard seed. Add green chillies, curry leaves and cashews. Pour the seasoning over the batter and mix well. Add salt. Add soda. Mix again.

Now in a steamer, add water. Grease the plate and pour the batter onto the plate and allow to cook for 12 - 15 mins.

Remove the plate when done. Allow it to cool. Demould the idlis and serve with coconut chutney.
