Choco Lava Cake

This is my dedication to my only sibling - my sister who first introduced me to this emotional dessert in Domino’s Pizza. I owe her for introducing me to this intoxicating chocolate lava cake and here is my effort to make this on this Women’s Day.

Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a double boiler mode and mix till uniform

Grease the ramekins with butter and dust flour. Tap off excess flour. Keep aside

In a bowl add 2 eggs, 2 egg yolk, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp salt and whisk till fluffy

Add the chocolate sauce and mix slowly in bends till uniform. Add 2 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp vanilla essence and mix in folds.

Pour a ladle batter and place a small chocolate then pour rest batter

Place in a baking tray and put inside a preheated oven at 190 degrees. Now bake for 20 minutes and allow the sides and top to be baked. Take care not to overbake or the molten chocolate lava would also solidify. Allow to cool and demould and dust some powder sugar. Enjoy hot with vanilla ice cream and fresh strawberry with some mint leaves
