Tater & Squash Mash Sweetened & Roasted w/Pecans

Placed chopped (Quartered or 1/8th pieces of potatoes and squash in pan and fill pan with water, at least 2/3- most way covering Vegetables.

Bring to boil til softened and mashable.

Drain most excess liquid from pan, if necessary, only leaving a bit of liquid to slightly cover bottom of pan and then mash boiled vegetables with 5TBS Real Butter, 1C Brown Sugar (or more as desired) and sprinkle with black pepper, mix/blend well

Add the seasoned mashed Veg mix to a pan, top with Crushed pecans and melted butter. Bake at 350° for 30min.
