Wash and rinse poha and keep it aside.

In a bowl mix poha, boil potatoes, and grated carrot along with all the above-mentioned ingredients.

After preparing a dough, Grease your hands with oil and give them shapes according to your convenience. I gave them cylindrical shapes.

After giving them shapes, coat them into bread crumbs and shallow fry them one by one.

Serve it with any chutney or tangy sauce. Our jhatphat cutlets are ready to eat.
