Easy to make and easy to eat. Made it with left over chicken which was sitting in the fridge. Light healthy one bite snack is best for tea party, Iftar, lunch box or for picnic. Enjoy☺️

Steps

Firstly, take carrot, capsicum and olives and chopped into fine cut. Shred left over boiled chicken. Put all in i e bowl

Pour mayonnaise, thousand island and cream cheese.

Put salt and pepper and mix it properly.

Take a plate. Put all saltish biscuit and start spreading the mixture of chicken.

Take a cheese slice and cut into 12 squares. Top up with olive and cheese. Bake it for 5 mins or until the cheese melts.

Take it out from oven and serve with garma garam cup of tea. Enjoy wit your family😋
