1 cupBoiled rajma/red kidney beans -
1/2 bowl Cucumber - cut in cubed
1/2 bowl Tomato -cut in cubed
to tasteSalt -
1 tbspLemon juice -
1 tbspCoriander leaves -
1 tspOlive oil -

Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the boiled rajma for one mins.

Now take a mixing bowl add rajma,,cucumber,tomato,coriander leaves,salt and lemon juice and mix well.

Place in the serving bowl.
