Mix Veg Semolina Upma is a very healthy and nutritious dish ..
Steps

On a slow flame of gas, heat a kadai, roast Semolina, till aroma comes up, do not change colour of it, stir constantly.. Transfer in a plate.

In same kadai add, oil and ghee.
Add mustard seeds, urad dal, cashews, peanuts, saute it. - 3
Now add hing, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, saute it too..

Add chopped onions, capsicum, saute it.. Add chopped tomatoes, cook till soft. Now add boiled potatoes, carrots, green peas, mix well.

Add salt, turmeric powder, mix well.
Add roasted Semolina and pou hot water, stir constantly, to make upma soft and fluffy.. - 6
Upma absorbs water, turn off gas, add lemon juice and sprinkle chopped coriander, mix well.

Ready to serve, hot and healthy Mix Veg Semolina Upma..
