Ingredients

  • 1small ripe papaya
  • handfulfresh mint leaves
  • handfulRaisins
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder or as per taste
  • 1/2 tspblack salt
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 1 tsphoney (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Start by peeling the skin of the papaya and remove seeds. Chop them into little cubes or to your desired shapes.

  2. 2

    Take a big bowl with the chopped or cubed papaya, roughly chopped mint leaves, raisins and remaining all the ingredients.

  3. 3

    Now gently mix everything.
    The ripe papaya salad is ready to serve.
