Ingredients

2 servings
  • 4closed cup mushrooms
  • 1big handful of spinach leaves
  • 2salmon fillets
  • 2Enough tagliatelles for
  • Tsppaprika
  • Tspgarlic powder
  • Black pepper
  • Big spoon full of creme fraîche

  1. 1

    Chop the mushrooms add them to the wok with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Add the spinach leaves.

  3. 3

    Add the salmon fillets skin down.
    Turn it over then remove the skin.
    Chop the fillets in small bits.

  4. 4

    Cook the tagliatelles until almost ready drain but leave a bit of water then transfer to your wok and add creme fraîche. This will allow the pasta to finish cooking and stick to the sauce.
