This dish is made using an air fryer, so the pork stays sweet and juicy. It goes great with rice or noodles and suits many tastes.

Remove the skin from the pork belly, then cut it into long, thin strips about the width of your hand. In a bowl, mix the pork with all the seasonings and let it marinate for 1 hour. Next, heat a pan, sauté a little garlic, then add the pork and sear both sides until lightly browned.

Once the pork is evenly browned, arrange it on a tray and place it in the air fryer. Cook for about 15 minutes at 320°F (160°C) until just cooked through.
