I have recently started incorporating more oatmeal into our diets. It is cheap, easy, & versatile. Overnight oats are so quick & simple and also it is really nice when breakfast is already made in the morning! I had granola clusters that I wasnt sure what to do with and decided to turn it into oatmeal breakfast. 😁 This recipe can be made with any granola or oats you have available & can also easily be made vegan with vegan milk & yogurt! Makes 2 Pint & 5 Half-Pint jars.

Ingredients

  • 16 ozcontainer yogurt
  • 4-6 cups"Pomegranate Blueberry Chia Granola Clusters"
  • 10-12 tbspplum jam
  • 10-12 tbsppeanut butter
  • 8-10 tbspmilk
  • 10-12 tbsppowdered sugar

    Start by putting a layer of yogurt in each jar first. Use about 1/2 cup for pint jars and 1/4 cup for half pints. Follow with peanut butter & jam. 1 tbsp of each for the half-pint and 2 tbsp each for pint jars.

    Next add your granola. About 1 cup for pint jars & 1/2 cup for half-pint jars. Then, layer another 1/4 - 1/2 cup of yogurt on top of the granola. Also, add 1 tbsp milk to the 1/2 pint jars & 2 tbsp milk to the pint jars.

    Lastly, top with 1 tbsp powdered sugar for pint jars & 1-2 tsp powdered sugar for 1/2 pint jars.

    Finally, mix all ingredients together well, in each jar, one by one. Cover and then place into the refrigerator overnight.

    You can eat this in the morning cold as "overnight oats" as it is or you can heat and eat warm! Delicious both ways! Enjoy!
