Kola Mishti

Presenting a delightful traditional sweet made during Holi.
Keeping the tradition, I have prepared a traditional Bengali sweet which is mostly prepared during festivals, it's named as KOLA MISTHI or Banana mishti ...... as its shape is almost like a banana so it is named as such 😊.
Its made up of all-purpose flour, deep-fried, and dipped in sugar syrup.
Simple yet delicious 😋.
