My mother often made this for us and it's simple yet very good.
Steps

Rub chops with mixture of salt, pepper and mustard

Melt half of the butter in a pan and cook chops till brown
- 3
Remove chops and add rest of butter
- 4
Add onion and cook lightly
- 5
Add tamatoe sauce, white wine and put porkchops back
- 6
Arrange onion on top of pork as much as possible
- 7
Close with lid and simmer for 45min
