Ingredients

10 minutes
2 servings
  • 2Boiled and shelled eggs
  • 2Sliced tomatoes
  • 2Sliced onions
  • 1/2sliced cucumber
  • 1 tablespoonLemon juice
  • 2Sliced carrots small
  • 4Lettuce leaves shredded
  • As per taste Salt, pepper, chilli powder and chaat masala
  • as required Chopped coriander and sev to garnish

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    First make sure all ingredients are Chilled. Slice eggs carefully in semi thick slices.

    Combine all the vegetables in a bowl. Sprinkle lemon juice, salt, pepper, chilli powder and chaat masala and gently mix.

    Then sprinkle all the spices on egg slices. Then take a serving plate.

    Arrange lettuce leaves at base. Then arrange egg slices and salad slices on sides and top.

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and Sev on top. Serve immediately and relish!
