Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1small bowl soaked chanas,
  2. 4-5 bowlswater for boiling
  3. as per taste salt, hing garam masala
  4. 1 tsp chana masala,
  5. 4-5Tomatoes,
  6. 4-5 garlic,
  7. 1 inchginger,
  8. 2-3green chillies,

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour soaked chanas in Cooker & add water. Put it on full flame until 1 whistle come after that simmer it for 20 minutes.

  2. 2

    On the other side Chop garlic, green chillies, ginger & Tomatoes for puri.

  3. 3

    After the whistle finish add tomatoes puri (Chopped Tadka) in Cooker including salt, hing, Garam masala and Chana masala.

  4. 4

    Cover the cooker & keep it on full flame until 1 whistle came after that simmer for 5 min.

  5. 5

    As the whistle is finished. Open the cooker.
    Chana Sabji is ready.

  6. 6

    Serve it with Kulcha, Bhatura, Kachori, tikki, idli.

  7. 7

    With this serve lil amount of Tamarind chutney & Radish Salted.
