Steps

Pour soaked chanas in Cooker & add water. Put it on full flame until 1 whistle come after that simmer it for 20 minutes.

On the other side Chop garlic, green chillies, ginger & Tomatoes for puri.

After the whistle finish add tomatoes puri (Chopped Tadka) in Cooker including salt, hing, Garam masala and Chana masala.

Cover the cooker & keep it on full flame until 1 whistle came after that simmer for 5 min.

As the whistle is finished. Open the cooker.
Chana Sabji is ready. - 6
Serve it with Kulcha, Bhatura, Kachori, tikki, idli.

With this serve lil amount of Tamarind chutney & Radish Salted.
