Ingredients

1 1/2 cupflour
4 tbspnsugar
1tspn yeast
1 1/2 tbspnmilk
Oil for deep frying

Steps

1

Add flour,yeast,sugar and milk to a bowl
2

Pour warm water and mix together to form a batter
3

Cover bowl with a clean towel and keep in a warm place for it to rise
4

Heat oil in a pan and beat batter and scoop batter into the oil
5

Fry till it turn brown
