Ingredients

  • 1 bowlleftover pilao
  • 2 piecesbread
  • 1 tablespooncurd
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chopped Ginger
  • 1 (1 cup)chopad cabbage
  • 1 cupchopped carrot and capsicum mix
  • 2 tablespoonschopped coriander and green chilli mix
  • 2 tablespoonsbesan
  • 2 tablespoonscorn flour
  • 1 tablespoonrice flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon haldi
  • 1/2 teaspoon dhaniya and Red Chilly powder each
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 teaspoon kasuri methi
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • For frying
  • 4 tbspoil
  • as required Thin vermicelli

    At first chop coriander+green chillies, cabbage, capsicum and carrot

    Take one bowl add all these things mentioned, add pulao, and all chopped vegetables, mix these things with help of small amount of water.

    Brush some oil on tawa, take small portions of the pulao veg mix,press with help of your fingers,coat it with vermicelli then spread on tawa. After 1 minute add some oil allow it to cook then flip it off. The whole procedure you have to do in a low medium flame.
