Everyone like cake and especially kids, they just one love it. Here is very easy recipe to make biscuits cake. You can use many kinds of biscuits, I just use broken biscuits like glucose, cookies,rusks also.

Everyone like cake and especially kids, they just one love it. Here is very easy recipe to make biscuits cake. You can use many kinds of biscuits, I just use broken biscuits like glucose, cookies,rusks also.

Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius.

Grease the cake tin and keep aside.

Grind the leftover biscuits.

In a mixing bowl take biscuit crumbs mix. Add milk a little by little. Mix well to form a batter.

Add the thandai powder, mix well.

Now add baking soda and power. Mix well.

Tranfer the batter into the grease tin.

And garnish with chopped pistachio.

Keep the tin in the oven and bake it for 35-40 minutes or depends on your oven temperature.

Insert a toothpick in the center of the cake. If comes out clean,it means the cake is ready.

Let the cake cool down.

Cut the cake in desired shape and size.

Delicious cake is ready. Enjoy in tea time.
