Ingredients

2 people

1 cupchopped kaddu
2 cupWater
as required Red chilli powder
as per tasteSalt
1 spoonCoriander powder
1/2 spoonGaram masala
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 spoonMethidana
2 spoonsOil/ghee
1chopped onion medium sized
2tomatoes puree

Take a cooker and put some oil. Add methidana and onions

Now add tomato puree and saute

Add spices and kaddu.

Now add water and stir.

After that put garam masala and close the lid.

After 4 whistles turn off the gas.

Serve hot after the whistle is released.
