In a pan add ginger, turmeric, water and sugar. Bring to a boil & cook for 20-25 mins on medium heat. Remove from heat and strain it.

Once cooled add honey mix and you can keep this concentrate in fridge for a month and a half.

To make a glass of ginger ale add 2 tbsp of the ginger concentrate in a glass, handful mint leaves, few ice cubes, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and top it up with either water or soda water.

Serve chilled in summers and the same can be warmed and served in winters.
