Firstly take 1cup cooked rice in bowl then add 1/2 cup suji and add 2tbsp curd in it

Now add all masala as mentioned above and add chopped tomatoes,onion and add green chilli,now add tempering (oil, musterd seeds,hing)in it,add little water mix them properly,keep a side for 5 min rest so that all masala bind with rice..smash it.final texture should be thick smooth

Now apply oil on pan,pour thick batter in it slowly spread in small round shape, tuck in all sides edges.sprinkle black sasema seeds on it, leave it for 4/5 min until it turn golden brown colour.

Now turn otherside carefully cook for 5min more.

Serve with mint chutney and tomato catchup.enjoy
