Steps

Mash potatoes, add chopped onion, green chili, Haldi, salt, coriander powder, chaat masala, and mix all very nicely. Lastly, add mustard oil + coriander leaves and mix well.

Take bread slices, spread the potato mixture evenly on the slice and place another slice over it and press gently.

In a flat mixing bowl, mix Besan + rice flour + salt + slight Haldi + carom seeds + water + baking soda and make a slurry. Consistency should be thick but flowing / dropping.

Dip the potato stuffed bread into the slurry so that it gets coated all around nicely and then shallow fry till golden brown under medium flame and fry the other side too.

Bread Pakoda is ready to serve with tea.
