Wash and wipe the Okra dry with a clean kitchen towel. Then slice them all to the desired thickness. The sliced Okra looks great with its beautiful flower-like shape.

Heat oil in a Kadai. Saute Onions, Green Chillies, and the Ginger garlic paste until done on low heat. Now add in the rest of the spices or the masalas along with the chopped Tomatoes. Mix well and cook until mushy and soft. And then finally add the sliced Okra or the Bhindi.

Cover and cook until done. It does not take much time. Adjust salt according to taste and garnish with some chopped Coriander Leaves before dishing it out. Enjoy!
