Heat oil in a large pan add garlic and sauté for 2-3 mins

Add onions, carrot and pepper sauté for 5 minutes

Add dried herbs and tomato puree sauté 1 min,then add passata and water bring to a boil and then simmer slowly for 30 -40 mins

Once veg is cooked and sauce is reduced blend to smooth consistency

Use as is over cooked pasta,or add to cooked drained ground beef mince,chicken or vegetables. (Its a great way to more vegetables into ur childrens or ur own diet)

It also can be stored in an sterilised airtight jar in the fridge for upto a week....enjoy
