Steps

    Wash the ginger and garlic and leave them to dry completely.

    Put them in a blender.

    Blend them well without adding water.

    Spread it on a plate.

    Put it in a shopper and fold it tightly.

    Freeze till set.

    When set,cut into pieces and store in an air tight container.use when needed.
