Soak the tamarind for an hour in hot water.

Then strain it and take out seeds, tamarind pulp is ready

Now put the tamarind pulp and all ingredients in sauce pan and cook for a while, adjust the sugar according to taste.

Add dry fruits.Put stove off, let it cool down and serve with food or chat and store in a jar.
