Steps

Take 1 kg of clean washed chicken. Cut the chicken into medium pieces

Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt and soya sauce

Leave the marination for 2 hours

Heat the pan and add 2 tbsp oil. Add marinated chicken into the pan. Let it cook for 20 to 30 minutes

Once the chicken get cooked add sliced green chillies, sliced ginger and 2 tbsp of soya sauce
- 6
Let it cook for 10 minutes more and the chicken chilli is ready to serve
