Cooking Instructions

हम कढ़ाई में घी को गर्म करेंगे और उसमें जीरा डालेंगे, फिर हम उसमें कटी हुई सब्जी और सभी मसाले डालकर अच्छे से चलाएंगे।

फिर हम इसमें आधा कप पानी डाल देंगे और पकने देंगे तथा किसी ढक्कन से ढककर मध्यम आंच पर 6-7मिनट के लिए छोड़ देंगे।

बीच-बीच में हम ढक्कन हटाकर सब्जी को चलाते जाएंगे, जब हमारी सब्जी जल जाए तो हम ढक्कन हटा देंगे।

और 1 मिनट के लिए पकने के लिए तेज आंच पर छोड़ देंगे।

हमारी तोरई की सब्जी तैयार है।

Can we survive without eating Golgappa/Panipuri?The answer to this question is always “NO”for both me and my daughter 🥰😘We can live without anything, but can’t live without our Panipuri...😉😊Made lots of Puris the other day, so now it’s time for the yummy treat...My daughter loves Chocolate, so I tried making Chocolate covered Puris for her. It’s like a dream came true!!! My daughter was very happy. She got to enjoy both the chocolate and panipuri in one plate😘🥰😊Pani Puri’s Puri covered in chocolate. A chocolate lovers dream. 😋For our sweet Chocolate 🍫covered Panipuri I made 2 different kind of fillings. We used cold Coffee with vanilla ice-cream( store-bought) & Rabdi with Carrot 🥕 Halva. They tasted so amazing...The process is very easy just make a small hole in the puri and cove it with melted chocolate. We have to keep that in the refrigerator for at least 1hour to set.
