Ingredients

40 minutes
8 kabab
  • For kabab :-
  • 2for pressure cooking: potato (peel & cube)
  • 1carrot (peel & chop)
  • 5beans (chopped)
  • 3 tbspsweet corn
  • 2 tbsppeas / matar
  • 6florets gobi / cauliflower
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • ¼ cupother ingredients: corn flour
  • 3/4 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/4 tspcumin powder / jeera powder
  • 1/2 tspaamchur / dry mango powder
  • 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbspmint / pudina (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbspcoriander (finely chopped)
  • 1 tspkasuri methi
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 2 tbspbread crumbs
  • as requiredoil for roasting
  • 1/2 tspmaggi masala

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly, in a pressure cooker place a stand and add 2 cups water. also, place a vessel in it.

    Add in 2 potato, 1 carrot, 5 beans, 3 tbsp sweet corn, 2 tbsp peas, 6 florets gobi and ½ tsp salt.
    pressure cook for 4 whistles.
    drain off the water from vegetables and keep aside for 5 minutes.

    Take the cooked vegetables in a large mixing bowl and mash smooth.

    Add in ¼ cup corn flour. alternatively, use roasted beasn.

  5. 5

    Furthermore, add spices, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp mint, 2 tbsp coriander,1/2 tsp maggi masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi and ¼ tsp salt.

    Mix well making sure all the spices are combined well.

  7. 7

    Also, add 2 tbsp bread crumbs and combine well.

  8. 8

    Take an ice cream stick and roll over it.

    Roast the kebabs on hot tawa /pan greased with oil.

    Brush with oil and roast on medium flame.

    Finally, enjoy veg kabab sprinkled with chaat masala and green chutney.
