1 cuppoha
1potato
4 spoonoil
2tomato
As required coriander leaves
to tasteSalt
1/2 spoonred chilli powder
1/2 spoonmustard seeds
1/2 spoonturmeric powder

Take a pan add oil and pop some mustard seeds...

Now add chopped tomatoes when tomato roasted add chopped potatoes and all spices....

When potatoes become soft finally add poha....

Mix well and cook 5 minutes...

Garinsh with coriander leaves and serve hot
