Boil milk on gas till it become half. And let it cool.

After that add corn flour and custard powder and mix it and remove all the crumbs and make it smooth.

Now beat whipped cream and add corn flour paste in it and beat it for a minute.

Than add essence and yellow colour and again beat it for half minute.

Now add butterscotch crunch in it and mix it.

Cover it and place it in fridger and after 2 hours beat it again and repeat this process for 2-3 times within gap of 2 hours.

Put it fridger and leave it for 24 hours.

Enjoy chilled butterscotch ice cream 🍦.
