Versatile Meatballs
Great for soups or noodles, very convenient
Steps

‼️ Use the amounts of scallions, water chestnuts, and preserved vegetables as shown in the picture

Finely chop all ingredients

Add the seasonings

Mix all ingredients and seasonings in the same direction until sticky

Shape into balls by tossing between hands (this makes them firmer and less likely to fall apart than just squeezing by hand)

‼️ When adding meatballs to soup, don't cook too long to prevent losing sweetness
‼️ Preserved vegetables can be found in traditional grocery stores
