Ingredients

  • 1 cupZobo (measuring cup)
  • 7 cupswater
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspooncloves
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • Ice

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash zobo and strain

    Boil with sugar, ginger, cloves and black pepper and 5 cups of water

    Drain and reboil with 2 cups of water

    Drain again and add ice or refrigerate.
