Boil milk add malai,& milk powder. Add cornflour & g mein s powder in between boil milk. Stir it continues.

When reduce half milk, keep aside for cool. Make puree from mango. Now with hand blender smooth the boil milk.

When milk proper cool down add puree, garnish with chopped dry fruits & put in freezer for 4 to 5 hours.

Cover it with cling sheet. After proper set serve it.(I don't use sugar in this ice cream, but if required add 3 table spoon sugar in milk.)
